Could someone take a look at this pull request I opened on March 15:
[skin, gui] Look for <fontset> definitions in xml files in /fonts directory
It makes Kodi easier to customize, and it shouldn't affect any other parts of the code.
No performance implications, as it is only used when you want to change how the GUI looks, which isn't time critical and is not done very often.
I tested all of the error paths I could think of, and it behaved as expected.
I appreciate your attention.
