Since I upgraded to the beta software, XBMC no longer plays mkv files properly.

The audio plays fine for a few minutes but the video runs at half speed. After a few minutes, the audio starts cutting in and out.

This is on a Mac Mini.

can you give us a little more info about the content of your mkv files. Type an "o" during payback and post the audio/video codecs that are being used. The contents of the xbmc.log at ~/Library/Logs/xbmc.log to a pastebin site (http://pastebin.com/) would also be helpful
