I am using the Skip1s remote with the Flirc IR dongle and it would be awesome if Kodi could support a wake from standby feature that can be initiated from a IR or BT USB dongle on KODI/LibreELEC.

Actually I had a better idea, where KODI uses HDMI signal as a sleep/wake initiator.
