Strange play

I met strange behavior while playing some videos. The sound starts normally, but without an image, which comes after a delay in one video it's 20 seconds in another 60 seconds and it's moved. What is the reason? Some buffering, somthing specific with the file format? What can I do with it? The problem occurred on the mkv file with codec H265 in 4K with 60 frames.

My platform: Rasberry CM 4
System: OpenELEC 11.0.3
Kodi: 20.2
Linux: 6.1.38

Interesting is that I met the same problem with those files in VLC on PC, but Celluloid played it without any problem.

File examples:

LG_Barcelona_UHD_4K_Demo-183970-tmu_hdr10_hevc.mk
LG_4K_OLED_Wonders-183957-tmu_hdr10_hevc.mkv

not strange if it is using software decoding instead of hardware

provide a Debug Log showing the issue

you didn't enable debug so the log is less than informative

no matter i was only trying to confirm it was using hardware decoding but it seems unlikely that it is

for most everything else the libreelec forum should be of some use since that's what you have installed - https://forum.libreelec.tv

best of luck

Are you sure it's not LibreELEC?

4K60 hevc should play fine on a Pi4 (or CM4).
Make sure you add "hdmi_enable_4kp60=1" to config.txt and follow this.

It's my mistake, I have LibreELECT. I have also enabled 4k60 in the config file. Some 4k movies with H265 work fine, but some like those that I linked in the post start with delay and the audio is moved. After this strange time, the image of the video plays smoothly.
