They've located the issue: https://github.com/LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv/issues/8099 . It's been reported upstream and on the 18th a workaround was implemented. So... we just barely missed it. I'll do another RockPi 4B Plus build on the latest LE master.

This build works but when I tried to install the internet Archive Game Launcher, it fails to find some required add-ons that look to be default repository but they aren't available. Perhaps it is a repository problem?

Maybe a repo problem, which is why I included those unavailable add-ons in my builds.

... At least I thought I did. But it turns out they've always been missing from my LibreELEC builds. I did a new round of builds that include the add-ons: https://github.com/garbear/xbmc/releases...2-20240202

That gets the Internet Game Archive Library installed but there are no available emulators, not even SNES which used to be available.

Hm, definitely a repo problem. Can you upload a debug log? I can ask in the LibreELEC slack.
