I have some playlists that I like to sort by year of release, but just recently something changed (not sure if it was a Kodi update that caused it or what). Now when I sort my films by year, instead of showing the year to the right of the film title, it is showing me the duration of the file. I have dug through the settings to try to fix this but cannot find an appropriate setting.

Can anybody help me please?

I need to fix this. I also should do the same with the many other sort options and I will get to it. I just need some time due to the holidays in my country.

I am sure that I missed something but I won’t have a lot of time until after the new year.
