Edit got my encoder now and the above is no good solution for kodi . Channelchange takes to long ☹️
Needed:
Adbtuner (docker)
Android tv box
Hdmi encoder
Apps with support for deeplinks

With the above set up and working you could tune Kodi with iptv-simple / Tvheadend/ and all others with support for m3u as source from your Android tv box 😮👏👏👍💥

No need for a server adb tuning and HDMI grabbing works fine with a pipe, I used this for a year with NextPVR

I dont know of any other solution to get all your streaming apps/ channel in Kodi , other the ones that have a Kodi addon!? And even if you have the addon , you cant record from them. But please let me know how if you know ☺️
