HDD drives do not show up after reboot - Kodi 11.0.6 in RPI5
#1
Hello everyone,

Fresh Installation of Kodi 11.0.6 on a RPi5.

I have 2 external WD My Book HDDs - 3 and 4 Tb respectively connected on the USB3 ports.

When i fire it up -cold boot- they do not show in the folder manager.

When i run the "chkdsk" powershell command on the two drives in windows the DO WORK.

When i disconect them, Kodi informs me that this specific drive is successfully unmounted.
If i re-connect them, the drive does not mount and it is not accessible.

Another HDD that is located on a docking station connected to the same RPi5 works with no problems, even afetr a reboot.

ANy relevant workaround? - Please HELP!

Do the 3 and 4TB HDD have their own power supply?

Yes they do.

All storage attached to the RPi5 has its own power supply and the RPi itself is powered by the official power supply.

Thank you.
