I am installing Kodi on Windows and want to restore from my Backup saved from my Android .

The Backup file is saved in the same folder on windows but I keep getting error unable to restore.

Could someone look at my log file and help me out ?

Is there a way to transfer the database to my new kodi setup on windows ?

yes, it your media is on a NAS/network location. If you only have lokal files, the paths will be android specific and will need adjustment.

My media is local but my interest is to get hold of the database on windows and do the tweaks as needed on the laptop which would be much easier.

Most of the library has the path encoded, sources will not be the same path. You can manually edit the path in your userdata/Database of your video library with search replace, but I don't see a lot of time savings. In windows If you have exported your library as separate files, the scan will be local and quick.
