I am using a Dune HD Homatics Box R 4K Plus Android TV box and experiencing audio issues but I've only noticed it with Live TV. I use TVHeadend as my PVR service, ATSC channels OTA. Watching live TV that has 5.1 dolby digital (all of the main channels) I get audio stutter and drop-outs. If I play one of the subchannels that is 2 channel dolby digital, no issues. If I watch a recorded show that has 5.1 dolby, it plays fine. If I watch a movie that has 5.1 dolby, it plays fine as well. Only Live TV with dolby 5.1.
Here is a debug log trying to play a 1080i channel with 5.1 audio, then a 720p channel with 5.1 audio and then a 480i subchannel with 2 channel audio.

Edit: Forgot to mention I've tried both Kodi 20 and this testing was on a Kodi 21 nightly 20240302-9e44b1c284
