While adjusting some of the setting in XBMC on my AppleTV I mistakenly disabled the remote. Now I am unable to move around the menu. How do I re-enable the remote without using the remote?
Side note: Great product. Much nicer interface then the standard AppleTV Take2.

AppleTV default does not have a keyboard
![]() See http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=223...stcount=48 This is an OSX host EventClient that can send keyboard commands to XBMC on the AppleTV. Since you disabled the remote, you will need to ssh in and manually run XBMCHelper from the command line. This should get IR remote control back. If not, then you will have to delete the XBMC prefs and let XBMC re-create them. MediaInfo : http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/ Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support.
