When trying to scan a movie to the library, it fails with an error saying unable to connect to the remote server.

suggests that plugin.video.themoviedb.helper is unable to connect to api.themoviedb.org for some reason.  Could be a transient problem at tmdb, but if it persists recommend pinging jurialmunkey and whomever did the arctic zephyr skin mod in the support/skins forum for help with his plugin.
