As it stands now, I can see that XBMC can fetch a TV show's info, and it does the same for each of that show's episodes that it finds. Now, what I am asking is that in addition to initially grabbing the TV show's info, it should grab a list of all episodes to-date and upcoming episode air dates (when available).

This way, XBMC can act as a sort of "TV guide", if you will. It will let you know if your library is missing any episodes or seasons of a show, and it will also let you know when an episode will start to air.

Just a suggestion that just came to me as I was toying around with my library. However, given the way the system is currently, I don't think it would be easy to implement anyways.

(as a side note, I find it better to use google to search xbmc forums (at the suggestion of jmarshall), just start the search with site:xbmc.org/forum and you'll get good results)
