Hi.
So i am just starting the big task of creating and finding all the thumbnails, fanart and NFO files etc for my movie collection of 736 movies.
I can tell you that it is taking a long time, but since my HTPC does not have internet (nor do i want it to) i want to have everything stored locally.
So, I'm just wondering if anybody can tell me where they get movie fanart from, as well as general backdrops for use in XBMC?
Thanks in advance.
Where can I download movie FanArt images?

You should install XBMC Media Companion on your PC. It will do the scanning for you and gather all the artwork itself and store everything locally. Here's a thread with info on where to get it http://www.xbmc.org/forum/showthread.php?t=33961

No.....you have to enable FanArt scraping in the options of the movie scraper you are using.

Hmm Somehow it doesn´t work. Maybe a problem with the skin. I´ll check it again later.
The thing is, i did not change anything, but it doesn´t work. |

There is only one problem with scrapping
I have found that you can get poor images, that some has posted... I prefer to use the orginal DVD cover then use Media Info Plus to update and add the fanart, then then it's cached ready... and you know you have a quality set up at the end... |
