Is there such a thing as a file manager i can use from my browser? My usb keeps getting renamed on the system and it is causing sabnzbd to put my files all over the place. is there any way i can remote in using my laptop and organise the files without using SSH (it gives me a sore head :|)?

try using an SCP application like win SCP, I think you will find that is a good solution for you.
