Sorry if this topic was covered before but I couldn't find the answer.

My problem is that I get the (movie and tv-show) fanarts displayed with a 0.5 sec delay. They are not made or modified by me they were all downloaded automatic while adding them to the library.

I'm using XBMC-Live beta2

Cpu : AMD LE-1150 (2Ghz) - plays any 720p content without dropping frames
Gpu : Asus GF8400GS 512Mb
Ram : 1 Gb 800Mhz DDR2

Weird is that if I let display a few of them and than go back than the delay is gone for the last two or three .. until I select a now one.
I guess its beacouse they are cached.

Is there any way to display them without any delay ?

Any suggestions are appreciated Wink

I've resized and shrinked the filesize of all my fanarts. Since then, they load very fast even on my xbox. Smile

I didn't realized until now that the fanarts were downloaded at fullHD res by default Eek
Downsizing them to the half res solved the problem right away Big Grin
Btw. if I would have an E8400 C2D for example (what I'm planning to buy) would they displayed without any delay at fullHD res too ?

Can anyone confirm that ?
