How can I make a liveusb from Windows?

ok i get a boot screen with 4 options one for each type of video card i think and a 4th to boot with flashmem or hdd.
no matter which one i choose seems to have no effect or difference so i choose one it shows some loading and then I get a boot screen like most window looking ones with the wxbmc log and a running loader. then it finishes and I get a flashing " _ " . I have tried to do the TAB solution listed and that didnt work either I think I am missing something still I followed cappriottis instructions he had listed. any help would be appreciated or if someone who has one working give an exact step by step

Just create your boot disk with unetboot and boot.

At the bootloader press tab and change the cd option with "usb"
and it work!

Could you repeat that slowly, used unetboot and created a bootable usb key drive from the xbmc live iso, but i still get the "_" problem.

Pretty much the same problem as DJMidKnight I guess...
