hi there just got an apple tv - setup xbmc on it..updated...launched and was working great..then as i was tweaking some xbmc settings (in the prog) it rebooted and now whenever i launch xbmc it either stalls on the xbmc logo or says exited..error status either 5 10 or 11

any ideas? what should i do

You might wipe your userdata folder and start over.
ssh into your appletv:

hmm - yah i just did that - do u think the atlantis 2 update is necessary since its still being tested? this problem came only after that update....

can i not update to that or is it necessary??

Update to latest (currently Beta 2) is recommended

in fact i just reinstalled it - and after the install when i go to xbmc to update it says

"Update urls not found or corrupt!"
