New ffmpeg libraries for those having problems since beta2 - please test
#46
I (continue to) have minor problems with slightly drifted frame rates. It is barely noticeable except when doing slow pans. The video is never really out-of-sync (although during a 45 minute show audio clicks out for a fraction of a frame maybe three times - it is so slight it doesn't bother me but it is present).

I watch this on a 50 inch plasma connected via HDMI. These are not performance issues. When played back on another PC not using XBMC I cannot see these slight timing drifts. However, at times, they cause a minimal loss of A/V sync. I doubt a regular eye will notice but I have been doing video work for a long time and I'd think this was less than 50 ms.
