Is it possible to have the audio output of these programs, run through the apple TV, out through my TV speakers??

It would be cool to have a mix, while chillin on the sofa!!

lol interesting idea, doubt the appletv has enough balls to run reason... you'd probably get a couple of instances of subtractor but thats about it. and you'd need a keyboard/mouse so you wont really be on the couch, you'd be stuck to where ever the cables reach so whats the point? stick to your real computer to make real music.

if you really want to try, you could mount the dmg install file and copy the *.app to ~/Applications and try launching via nitotv. But i doubt the appletv has the required frameworks to make programs like traktor or reason work. In the end you'd have to ask yourself if its really worth the trouble?

edit: woops i may have misunderstood you, do u mean like an airtunes type set up? so your audio output from a laptop is being directed to your appletv?
