excellent though it might make me sad every time i use xbmc since that is in no way how cool my hometheater looks (hint, it's just a 40" lcd in the livingroom)

to edit the skin you don't actually have to access the xpr. You can just throw your textures into the media folder and link the xml's to your own textures instead... But I guess your talking about themes rather than a mod, so you would want access to the xpr... but anyway just letting you know...
