I'm having the same issue but I'm probably using an older build than you are, still, the problem doesn't seem fixed in more recent builds as per your comments.
I don't know if you guys mentioned, but to, it seems to happen only when "adjust refresh rate" is turned on...

For me it's out of sync without adjust refresh rate. Only thing that is needed is 24hz to make it go out of sync with some videos.
You sure all your videos are in sync if you force xbmc to use 1920x1080 24hz video mode and then turn adjust refresh rate off?

I'm having the same problem for 23.976fps (23.98) and 24fps sources when setting the refresh rate to match.
This can be seen with almost all media players I think. A way around it would be to have audio delay set and stored for each refresh rate instead of the global audio delay that you can store as default now.
To manually adjust the delay as soon as you change refresh rate (source frame rate) brings the WAF down quite a bit.

The new WASAPI option fixed this for me.

Bump,
Nobody having this issue? It's really annoying, especially when playing 24hz, then 25hz movies cause i can't just set the default audio delay for all movies.

It's too bad that this bug is still here. I haven't had the time to try camelot yet but I had hoped it would be gone. As some previously said - it's definately bad for the WAF.
