First request:
Would like to customize names of entries in main meny
For example "Movies" are movies in my library mode, "TV-Series" are TV-Series in library mode and "Videos" are MythTV browsing..... - therefore I would like to rename "Videos" to TV.
Even better would be to have "TV" on the main meny and have the ability to choose if it should be visable in the settings (most peaople dont have MythTV but atleast some here seeams to have it and it will hopefulle be more as soon as the integreation gets better).

Second request:
Show lyrics instead of visualization then playing music.

Third request:
Change remote behavior. You newer know that the back button do...... I think it would be more intuive if the back button always send you to previous screen and the home button always send you to main home screen.

For the Mythtv support as well as a modified main menu for live TV a view type that shows clearly the channel name and program details is required. A simple mod of the INFO LIST with the Title field being longer (going all the way across the screen) would work well, at the moment the program names are mostly truncated.

Thanks. However I prefer to use Info List because of the dimensions of my artwork. That's why I was hoping it would be possible to implement it in Info List as well, rather than having to change views to get it.

Would it be maybe possible to add a star to tv shows? Something like it works in Gmail. (add a star, show only starred items...) I would like to differ between series which i have all the episodes and the ones i have not.

That's a feature I really would like, whether it's an XBMC feature or not.
Documentaries, porn and so on is stuff that I wouldn't like to mix together in just one big movie database.

I haven't used Aeon for donkeys (strictly speaking I've never used Aeon really, since it was actually called Xephyr the last time I used it) but from what I remember the extra video links (non-Movies and TV Shows) were not for separate libraries but were video sources in files mode?

To have it implemented the way you mention would require support for it to be added to XBMC. If you're clever about how you setup stuff in your library you could probably setup a smart playlist to do this though?

The extra video links were indeed to sources in files mode - BUT there was also the possibility to 'type in' the path desired... so that a video link could point to a smart playlist (e.g. Docos with the genre Documentaries in it).

This way, you could either have the extra video links point to files in the basic sense, or you could cleverly define a smart playlist and pretend you had separate libraries.

Anyway my point is there was the ability to: (1) select a folder; or (2) 'type in' the location, in order to use smart playlists

Yep, the point I was making though was that there isn't any way in XBMC (at the moment) to have multiple libraries without using profiles.

Those abilities you mentioned will hopefully be implemented when we deal with the customising Home items feature request which is already in the list.

I really wish that "movie ending time" or something like that was added to MS, like in the Da Vinci and Focus skins?

Support for wide icons please, especially under file mode for those of us who dont use the library.

I guess it's a matter of preference but you can work out the time left from the current time and total time? If there are other users out there that think displaying time left would be useful then speak up now.

It's not possible for the skin to work out if you are using wide icons or not so the list and info list views are about as good as you'll get in MediaStream. There's no point in making the Wide view available in files mode as most of the on-screen content is only available in library mode.

Additionally we're at the limit for number of possible views in Videos section so can't add any more.
