Won't make a difference for XBMC. These new units are GPU accelerated and XBMC only uses CPU processing at the moment.

If you want power in a small box, consider the Aopen XC Mini PC's:

Just put in a powerful Mobile Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and you're good to go!

Same size as a Mac Mini. Just be aware that this new Intel G45 Chipset is not yet supported by XBMC Live!
