New MultiFinderAllInOne-0.4.run work under r2.2 now Smile
Under XBMC ‘Atlantis’ Beta 2 all work fine too.

0.4 worked perfect on my r2.3. I didn't have to reinstall xbmc and remote worked.

It does take a significantly longer time to go back to frontrow after exiting XBMC though.

The change to multifinder / launcher 2.0 has meant that under 2.3 boxee/xbmc no longer work with 3rd party remotes learnt by the apple tv.

I am not sure if this is an intended change or not. Can someone confirm if this can be brought back?

Also... for those who have enabled iTunes sync to external USB drive, the time to load the finder again after quitting from xbmc/boxee is not insignificant, we're talking maybe a few minutes.

But I do like the idea behind the new approach, especially if it makes it easier to continue supporting newer ATV OS releases.

IR handling of third party remote will be fixed in a later release.

Reloading Finder.app (frontrow) does take time, but there was no other way to get XBMC/Boxee into the frontscreen 100 percent. If this is a problem, then I suggest reverting the AppleTV OS back to r2.1/r2.2 and using Launcher 0.8.
