What about a thumbnail view in fanart instead of the text list?

Something like this:



For some reason the cover art in the bottom left corner seems a little distracting from the fanart background... especially if the fanart has a lot of it's content on the left.

If there was no cover in the corner, that space could then be used for showing album artwork (if you're playing a song) or the small video window when you are browsing through while watching a video:
