WMV9 first play on XBMC

though seems get 10% frame drop, it is playing same way xbmp does.

cvs updated, wmv9 6ch lineup fix, dll loader a lot improvement

wmv9 still drop frames, do not know if this connected to the registry reading.maybe wmvdmo is looking cpu settings there. will look at it later
