PM3.HD is laggy!

When you hover the mouse over the menu, when it changes the picture at right side, the mouse lags/locks for awhile!
Is there a way to make those pictures to load in background slowly to avoid mouse pointer's lock or pre-load them to make them load faster?

Edited: This problem is really occurring with P. Mayhen 3-HD, not PM3!

By the way, what skin have the best performance to use in windows?

Project mayhem3 or PM3HD you can't go wrong with either of these.
If there laggy on your machine then i can't see how it could be down to either of these skins.

what are you running xbmc on? and what resolution etc etc

The issue is he is using a mouse and goign fast over the Main buttons. So it tries to load multiple hirez images really quick people using a remote or keys generally have better experience.

The solution is make you own xpr with scaled down versions of the main background images. So they load quicker
