I'm searching the forum but can't find a guide to show me how to apply a patch from xbmc trac?
I want to apply this one http://trac.xbmc.org/changeset/16444 to my standard 8.10 Atlantis installation.
EDIT: need this for Win XP, not Linux!

Patches apply to the source code, not the pre-compiled binary installation you presumably have. Maybe you can trick one of those third-party release builders into compiling you an exe with it applied.

its svn 16444, we are in the 17000's at the moment, so just grab and build and this is included.
