So I've been running xbmc on my mac for a while now and I just finished building a new HTPC so I could have a dedicated computer.

Anyway, I'm running xp sp3 on my htpc, I've tried installing xbmc multiple times and everytime the install goes fine and when I try to open it, it says I'm missing the MSVCR71.dll

Anyone know how to fix this or what I can do?

I think the third party svn builds that Jester post have all needed dlls bundled

You can also run a search n00b. Ive seen plenty of posts on this already. A simple search for MSVCR71.dll brings back plenty of results. Read the new poster rules next time.
