OS X Mac Mini late 2014 vs Gotham
#1
Question
Santa is coming in short with a Mac Mini (late 2014) for my brother in law and I'll be the one to install and configure XBMC for him. I want to ask you if you have experience any problem running Gotham. I'm not a big fan of using nightly builds/betas and I want to install only once XBMC/Kodi as he doesn't have any computer skills.

Thanks in advance for your comments! Smile

Go with Kodi Helix. It is no longer beta, but in release candidate stage. No developer would ever comment on release date, but my guess is that we will see the final release before xmas.

Go Helix / Kodi, any minor issues will be sorted before release.
I'm running Helix 14.0 Kodi RC3 on my Yosemite iMac and its stable so far with 0 issues. Smile

Very easy to upgrade when the final Kodi comes out anyway.
