Hi there and Hello!

I am new here and I am sorry if my question was asked and answered... but I did't found a solution for my issue right now.

Actual I am learning python myself. But until I am not ready to develop my own scripts I looking for one script doing a backup-job of my "UserData" on a samba-share.

The script only have to copy the folder (UserData) on my xbox to a samba-share.

Best I can autostart the script while power on the xbox...

Is there any solution out there

please help!

seconded. GREAT idea, especially for people with very large music/movie databases run on multiple xbmc installs. This could be run to "sync" them as well.
