Scrolling through lists

Is there any way to tell when you are at the bottom of a page in a skin when scrolling through a list? What I would like to see is when you get to the bottom and you press down once more, the page scrolls and puts you back at the top with the next part of the list on screen. (Same when you are scrolling up) Is that something that is possible?

Nope, "page by page" lists is what you are referring to I'm guessing, and no, it isn't done.
