OK,
Installed 8.10 on a PC running XP Home SP3
Under 'Movie Information' for a film I can click on 'Trailer' and it plays fine.
Installed 8.10 on PC running XP Pro SP2
Under 'Movie Information' for a film I cannot click on 'Trailer' its grayed out.
I have checked that 'Enable Trailers' is selected under 'Source Settings'
On same machine I have tried Jester latest build - still grayed out, but the 'enable trailer' button is not there anymore under source settings only 'enable fanart'.
Both PC's are using the same folder of Movies, the one that is OK has the movies on local storage. The one that doesn't work I have tried pointing at a SMB share and also mapping a drive letter, neither bring the trailer button to life.
Both PC's are on the same network with private IP's sharing one external IP address through a NAT'ed router, so its not a localization issue as far as I am aware.
Can anyone suggest why it works on one but not the other with pretty much exactly the same setup on both PC's?
Thanks
