Hey All,
I found an easy way to create these thumbs and I read the wiki about using ffmpeg but it does not mention the size required to upload to tvdb.
I use VirtualDubMod 1.5
Open your video file (source window is on the left)
scroll across until you see the frame you want to use then select video -copy source frame to clipboard.
Now open your fav editor and paste the image into a new file and edit away then save as .jpg to a local folder. I am just going to upload them to tvdb then rescrape them via Media Companion and update library.
I use corel to edit them.
