EDIT: NVM, I figured it out, I just had to type in the sink name into the "Audio Output Device" under "Configure Audio Hardware".
These sink names are a bit long and complex to remember though.. does anyone know of sink name aliasing?

It is. Just write it in AudioHardware -> Audio Output device.
default uses pulse default, which is the one set in pulse settings
