Hm problem seems to be a bit different than I thought:
If I start XBMC with the "normal" shortcut in start menu ("XBMC"), XBMC can't set content, and debug log file is saved in the XBMC install dir (for me that's H:\Program Files\XBMC)
Target of the shortcut is: "H:\Program Files\XBMC\XBMC.exe" -fs
If I start XBMC with the "Windowed" shortcut, my sources which also disappeared when I installed rev 17520 reappear, my library reappears and when adding a new source I can set the content for that source.
Target of the shortcut is: "H:\Program Files\XBMC\XBMC.exe"
When using the normal shortcut it seems my settings from the XBMC folder in Application Data isn't loaded. Why that disables the "Set content" for new sources, I don't know.
