I've never heard of any of the skins not working in Windows. Why don't you just drop the skin in and see? It takes like 2 seconds.

it works perfect on windows

just don't go trying your mouse skills
not everything works very well with mouse
but then again, aeon was never made to work with the mouse

use the keyboard
and the skin works perfect in windows.
