Hi,
I'm running build 17715, under Ubuntu 8.04.2, kernel:
Linux eagle 2.6.24-23-generic #1 SMP Mon Jan 26 00:13:11 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux
I'm running into a weird problem: on the start up if I leave DVD with AVI files on it, my whole system would freeze up on the XBMC boot screen, with DVD driver trying to read the DVD (the DVD drive LED is continuously on).
If I eject the DVD (press 'eject' on DVD drive), the system boots up to the main menu.
After that I put the DVD back in and it plays normally.
Below is the log file. From the timing, the error I'm running in seem like to be on line 169:
14:22:41 T:3041385360 M:419233792 INFO: ISO 9660: 2152386 blocks, label `'
14:22:41 T:3041385360 M:419233792 INFO: Tracks overall:1; Audio tracks:0; Data tracks:1
14:22:41 T:3041385360 M:417935360 ERROR: convert_checked failed
The full log file is here:
http://pastebin.com/f2f61a578
I do ran a slightly patched system: http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/5296, but the modifications seems to be very minor....
Any ideas/hints what might be causing it?
Vlad
