Adding another sub-menu to a skin

Hey everyone,

I am pretty new to XBMC, and I have noticed that in one of the three built-in skins (don't remember which one) there is an extra sub menu: instead of having only one of the Videos/Movies sub menus, they both exist.

I was wondering if it's possible to add both of them to the other skins as well?

If not, are there any other skins that include both of the above sub-menus? Because I am having trouble with viewing Hebrew in the included one.
