[Request:Joost Plugin]

Can someone look at making a Plugin for Joost .

Joost unlike hulu are pretty open to allowing other platforms and are on the iPhone and have a API for their Feeds and social functions .

Joost works on the Neruos Link and Divx Conneted Devices and it also has a formal relationship with Boxee.

From what Ive seen you can acess the Joost source files via a URL by scraping but they expire cookies and rate limit but might be better off contacting the Joost developers and asking their help in developing a plugin .

Any takes for this request....I have to second the request for this, good stuff here.

Hell, if Boxee has a formal relationship with Joost, someone anxious to make a plugin for XBMC should have no problems getting help from the Joost developers providing a few pointers on getting the plugin to work and work well! I third the request now somebody get on the hustle!

I'll fourth this -- Joost has some decent old shows, and they seem much more cooperative than Hulu. If this isn't too hard to do, Joost would be a nice addition.

No, boxee uses a proper flash player while xbmc does not. This means boxee can handle Joost's commercials, whilst xbmc cannot (at least not without a significant amount of work).
