Where to get PM3 media files?

Can someone please point me in the direction of where to get the PM3 media files? (i.e. before they are tucked away in a .xpr) If this is allowed.

I would like to use them as a base for creating my own theme.

Not sure whether you are looking for PM3.HD or PMIII, doesn't matter cause here is a link to both. You will need 7zip to open the archive.

They're sitting in SVN. Use an SVN client to fetch 'em.
