Should the Container.Position(x) code work on wraplist controls?

I'm just messing about with ideas for views and was trying to use Container.Position(x) as an animation condition and it doesn't seem to work.

Ignore me. I think I know what it is.

The Container.Position(x) check doesn't work within the itemlayout does it?

itemlayout conditionals are only updated on refresh.
