I set content on a sub-directory of a Source and started scanning. I then realized I want to set up the sub-directory as a separate source since the Source had both TV Shows and Movies, and I wanted to separate them. I moved the directory, made it a source and set the content again (as TV Shows like before). Now I see two instances of the shows that had already been scanned the first time. How do I remove this ghost version?

well, you should have answered YES to that question you were asked when removing the original source.

readd the original source, set its content to something. then go back in, set content to none and this time answer 'yes'.
