i've just released a new script designed to help make script development and use easier. you can download it from my website, or wait for it to show up on the official downloads page. i'm submitting it now.

this script is in the early stages of development. use it with care, and please notify me of any problems (or suggestions or ideas)  that you experience during use.

@alex, is it ok if i merge this thread with your python dev tool... thread?, or shall we crate a new topic thread and you can post copies of those into it? will that way pinned and we can rename to someting like "python develpment tools" that let other posts their development tools and tips...

i like that suggestion, gamester. i wasn't trying to clutter the forum, just wanted to let people know what was available.

i don't know if anyone's even using scriptionary, but if you were you may have noticed that it stopped working as of xbmc 1.0. setnavigation got broken.

anyway, new version up on my web page fixes that problem. enjoy.
