iTunes thumbnails??? Using them for my .tbn's?
#1
Hi,

I have noticed that the iTMS when browsing iTunes usually has very nice thumbnails for their movies. They are devoid of all text except for the title and also feature some nice artwork.

In my opinion they are great.

My question is does anybody know of any way to get these thumbnails for use? I am assuming (hoping) they store high quality versions somewhere?

I see Sirreef sometimes puts thumbnails labelled as "Itunes version" over at http://getvideoartwork.com but im not sure?

Doesn't XBMC use folder.jpg as the tbn if present?

You should use this

http://itsfv.sourceforge.net/

It will pull the iTunes store artwork from the artwork dir as folder.jpg and also re-embed it into the mp3 if you want.

Even if it doesn't help for this situation it's a great tool with tons of features.
If you are an iTunes (Windows) user it's invaluable.

My 2 cents.
http://htbackdrops.com (Home Theater Backdrops) offers a large collection FanArt Backdrops of Music Artist and Games, and it also has a good collection of Weather Backgrounds. Help contribute by uploading FanArt for your favorite Music Artist and Games so that others can enjoy it as well.

Thanks for the reply...But i don't know that it really helps the situation...Still, looks like a decent bit of software that could be useful for something else.

Anyone know if there is any way to get the movie poster images from iTunes?
