The easier way is to use already compiled builds. If you are using windows, you can check them here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=35452

Lemme rephrase.
I tried the build at:
http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=306...tcount=407
and the installer erred out on me.
I then had a brain fart and decided it didn't work because it was a Linux build and then posted the above statement. I am aware that was an invalid assumption.
Bottom line: That build errors out on my during setup.
Help.
