I'm running at 720p output, and I'm having a hard time playing video with this skin, especially all 720p XVID content that I have.

I'm running 720p. This looks promising though. Is there a way to get available memory other than turning on debug mode? |

Just a suggestion. Not sure if they can even be modded but a Xbox debug kit has,I think, double the ram of a normal Xbox.I seen a few floating around Ebay.
