okay ran it .. before running movie.nfo had this
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<movie>
  <title>La Femme Nikita</title>
</movie>
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100263/

after scan
Code:
<?xml version="1.0" standalone="yes"?>
<movie>
  <title>La Femme Nikita</title>
  <studio> / bluray /  / 6ch / 720p</studio>
</movie>
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100263/

however i decided to run the dir through MIP also to see how it would scan and create the nfo for me

Ok, so that works.

MIP only finds the first Audio Language if I'm seeing correct?
Reply

it finds both (you see them in the streamdetail section) but it only lists the first one in the <studio> tag .. for other movies with multiple sub tracks .. it lists all subs .. not just the first one

Notice that the resolution is 1920x1080, but it says it's 720p. The missing audio codec info is the same that has been posted by others.

As far as the file name mask, I was thinking of something like this for Ocean's Twelve:
Ocean's Twelve [1080i-hdtv-mpg2-dolbydigital-6].mkv
so the pseudo code would be:
%Title% [%horizontalresolution%-%source%-%videocodec%-%audiocodec%-%soundchannels%].ext
or something similar. Obviously the %source% would to be implemented as you already have it since it's not stored in the .nfo file.

Let me know.

I really like this program, but there is one annoying thing:
because i´m a german user, the scraped movie information contains letters like ä,ö,ü. After using your program, these characters were translated into strange terms. Should be a problem with the charset.
Another Thing:
Is it correct that Dolby Digital (AC3) has no Icon in Aeon?

Something wrong with the way I save the file. character encode. I will take a look at it!

AC-3/Dolby Digital doesn't work for me either with Aeon Stark v0.91

Works fine here. You sure you're using "ac-3" in the studio field?

EDIT: Ah, I think I see the problem. fekker's solution used channel tags like "6ch" and 8ch" - I think yours miss the "ch" bit. Without those it won't pick them up.

Ok Smile My new version (not yet upladed) has the ch-addition so I guess that will fix it. thanks Smile
