I recently bought an Asus EN9500GT for my box. HDMI output and a supplied audio passthrough cable(connect from MOBO to GFX Card) This card has a reasonably large slow spinning fan and its suprisingly quiet.
There are also Asus EN9400GT 's that are low profile(come with extra brackets) and also have HDMI out but these little cards are very noisy. (Small Fan, High pitched whirrrrrring). Still, these cards perform well.
